At organisations like BaptistCare and Blue Care, she has consistently driven growth through successful tenders, managed multi-million dollar budgets, and mentored teams to deliver exceptional client and employee satisfaction.
Geoff Day

As a director and (board) facilitator, Geoff Day helps leadership teams shift from tactical firefighting to long‑term strategic clarity. His extensive experience across management consulting, health, global technology, and professional sport ensures governance is applied as a driver of performance rather than a compliance obligation. As a consultant, advisor, and mentor, he brings practical insight shaped by decades of senior leadership.
Geoff is an accomplished senior executive with broad capabilities built on diverse functional experience across executive leadership, finance, sales and marketing, HR, and recruitment consulting. This breadth allows him to understand the full organisational landscape and identify connections that others may see as separate or siloed.
With strong involvement in the health and NDIS sectors, he understands the demands of scaling technology‑enabled care models and the critical challenge of building sustainable workforce solutions.

Allan North is a Fellow CPA and Stanford-educated Director and CFO with over 20 years of board-level experience specialising in strategic growth, business turnarounds, and governance across the Higher Education, Manufacturing, and Public sectors.
He has a proven track record of driving significant financial performance, including supporting revenue growth of up to 200% and managing university budgets exceeding $700M.
Currently serving as a Council Member and Audit and Risk Committee Chair, he leverages deep expertise in cost management and financial reporting to advise organisations on complex strategy implementation and operational efficiency.

She specialises in helping organisations navigate reform, strengthen governance, and unlock sustainable growth through practical, partnership-led strategies.
Sophie has led the design and delivery of high-value partnerships that have doubled the scale of national service providers, and has supported the rapid establishment and early scaling of new organisations, delivering strong first-year growth underpinned by sound governance and sustainable operating models.
Based in Canberra, she brings deep insight into policy settings, social impact and regulatory frameworks, and works closely with Boards and executive teams to translate strategy into operational outcomes. Sophie is particularly known for her ability to bridge government, community and commercial perspectives to support organisations undergoing significant change
